The FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) technique is the surgical procedure by which follicular units are obtained in hair transplant surgeries. It is the most advanced hair transplant technique.
It consists of obtaining the follicles one by one. The most common area of extraction is the one that covers the occipital and temporal area (between the nape of the neck and the sides of the head). This kind of extraction leaves a small scar in the micro incisions made, which is almost imperceptible even when the area is shaved.
The DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) treatment consists of implanting follicles one by one directly in the transplant area, precisely marking the angle, direction, and depth needed. The device used to carry out this technique is called the Implanter. It is so precise that it results in visible and natural results. The way DHI works allows the implanted hair to be healthier and stronger and provides a very natural result, without an artificial appearance.
In addition, thanks to this technique, we can achieve greater density than with other treatments and faster healing without scars.
